Air Conditioning & Heating

Units will not work without the key.

Insert the small key into the key panel to turn the unit on.

Ground floor / main rooms: Panels by the main doors
Upper floors: Panels by the bedrooms

Always turn off the unit before removing the key to avoid damage.

Adjust the temperature with the remote provided in your apartment. Keep doors and windows closed while in use.

Boiler & Fridge
The apartment is fully prepared for your stay, so there’s no need to turn on the boiler or fridge—both are already ready to use!

⚠️ Important: Each boiler has a 0/1 switch below it. Please do not touch it unless you want a cold shower!

Linens & Towels
Fresh linens are provided for all guests upon arrival. For extended stays, linens are changed every 5 days.

Additional towels can be requested for an extra fee.
Guests are responsible for any linens that are damaged, lost, or soiled with blood.
Beach towels are available upon request. DO NOT TAKE THE ROOM TOWELS TO THE BEACH.

Stovetops & Safety

Lower floors (Apt 3–4): Induction stoves with a child safety lock.
1. Press the power button to turn it on.
2. If you see “LO” on the left, the stove is locked.
3. Press and hold the key button on the right for ~10 seconds to unlock.
All other units: Regular electric stovetops. Simply turn them on to use, but always remember to turn them off after cooking.

Safety rules for all stovetops:

Keep the stovetop free of plastics, wires, or other appliances.
Guests will be charged for any damages to cookware, kitchenware, or appliances.

Terrace Guidelines
The terrace is on the top floor and shared by all six units in the building. To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, please follow these rules:

Keep noise to a minimum between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
Do not move the furniture under any circumstances.
Do not leave dishes or personal items on the terrace.
Do not climb on the walls or roof.
Do not sit on the walls.
Use provided towels for lounge chairs and please keep the shoes off the cushions.

Info Point
Located on the 1st floor, the Info Point is a small room where you can find additional items for your stay:

Iron & ironing board
Beach towels (please return after use)
Water shoes
Extra toilet paper & toiletries
